Telemarketing

Telemarketing is the unsung hero of marketing. Done badly, (as it normally is) it is intrusive, interruptive, and creates a NEGATIVE impression of the company it is representing.

MMB has its own Telemarketing team who specialise in professional, polite, and businesslike telemarketing. All of our telemarketers are actors; they have brilliant voices and diction and can role play and accept rejection without emotion. We only use them a maximum of 3 days per week so they are not stale.

Telemarketing done well is brilliant, as it is a 2–way communication. For most of our customers we are introducing their service or product not selling. If we get over this point quickly and communicate professionally, our approach is generally well received and we gain much needed feedback on the potential customer’s present profile and contact details.
